You’ve shared your ideas and visions for West Main Street. Come and see the concept that your input has inspired! Join us to explore the future of West Main Street. A short presentation about the project is scheduled for 7:00 PM. Refreshments will be served.

Project Update #2

Based upon input provided at Public Meeting #2 held on February 22, 2014, the design team has been working closely with the project Steering Committee and City staff to develop a preferred plan for West Main Street. On June 10, 2014, the design team presented a preferred Street Configuration Plan, Streetscape Concept Plan and Zoning Concept to the Steering Committee. These concepts were approved by the Committee and will be refined during the coming weeks. There will be an Open House in late July to view and comment on the preferred plans. The Open House date will be announced shortly. To view the materials presented, please use the links below. Hardcopies of the presentation materials will be on display at City Hall after Monday, June 16, 2014.

Project Update

Following Public Meeting #2 held February 22nd , the design team held a team work session. During the work session, the conceptual ideas presented at public meeting #2 were refined based upon feedback from the public and brainstorming.
